EllyDress accepts returns for standard-size prom dresses and formal dresses:
• Within 21 days for a refund
• Within 45 days for store credit or exchange
Items must be:

•Unaltered
•In new condition
•With all tags attached
Refunds include a 15% restocking fee, while exchanges and store credit orders waive this fee.
